Our Story

Sapphire Homes are one of the fastest growing Estate Agent and Letting Agent in the Wigan, Leigh and surrounding areas and we first opened our doors in May 2005. Since then our story has been one of success achieved through hard work, dedication and a determination to succeed. We first started the journey at a small office with only Ella Bristow, Daniel Bristow and Paul Bristow completing the staff but in the 19 year period the team has more than trebled in size along with two office moves to allow continual and sustainable growth and an additional branch opened in the centre of Leigh.

Our large prominent town centre office premises in both Wigan and Leigh are a signal to our competitors that we are here to stay as well as allowing us to meet and exceed our clients growing expectations. Our premises at 80 Market Street, Wigan, WN1 1HX and 20 King Street, Leigh, WN7 4LR are both in a prominent location with one of the largest windows in both town centres ensuring our brand, properties and coverage is as extensive as all of our other channels of marketing.

In the past 19 years we have established ourselves as one of the area's leading letting agents who initially specialised in property management agents but given our continued expansion and growth we are now highly regarded in the sales market as a highly respected Estate Agent. This is a result of our experience and knowledge growing along with the business, our competitive pricing structure and excellent professional service. In becoming a recognised wigan estate agent we are taking enormous prided in achieving phenomenal results for our vendors and saving them thousands of pounds in fees.
